I'm Jane Gardner.
I work with my husband in our structural engineering firm for the last 24 years in our home office. So, what I don't know about the challenges of doing business is very few and far between.
I believe being a mentor is a better way to help others become successful in business because I have done many of the mistakes and processes that you have before and I have learned from my mistakes.
So, if I see someone going down a rabbit hole that they may not get out of unless someone tells them to stop, I tell them what can happen and give some advice on other solutions. If I think that they will have success quicker if I help and hold their hand while doing it, I do it.
